Acts 2:42-47
42) And they continued steadfastly in
the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in
prayers.
43) And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders
and signs were done by the apostles.
44) And all that believed were together, and
had all things common;
45) and sold their possessions and goods, and
parted them to all men, as every man had need.
46) And they, continuing daily with one accord
in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat
with gladness and singleness of heart,
47) praising God, and having favor with all the
people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

16) Let the word of Christ dwell in
you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms

all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father

1 Corinthians 10:15-17
15) I speak as to wise men; judge ye
what I say.
16) The cup of blessing which we bless, is it
not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is
it not the communion of the body of Christ?
17) For we being many are one bread, and one
body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.

1 Corinthians 11:18-34
18) For first of all, when ye come together
in the church, I hear that there be divisions among you; and I partly believe
it.
19) For there must be also heresies among you,
that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.
20) When ye come together therefore into one
place, this is not to eat the Lord's supper.
21) For in eating every one taketh before other
his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken.
22) What! have ye not houses to eat and to drink
in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What
shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.
23) For I have received of the Lord that which
also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus, the same night in which
he was betrayed, took bread:
24) and when he had given thanks, he brake it,
and said, Take, eat; this is my body, which is broken for you: this do
in remembrance of me.
25) After the same manner also he took the cup,
when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood:
this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
26) For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink
this cup, ye do show the Lord's death till he come.
27) Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread,
and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body
and blood of the Lord.
28) But let a man examine himself, and so let
him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
29) For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily,
eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
30) For this cause many are weak and sickly among
you, and many sleep.
31) For if we would judge ourselves, we should
not be judged.
32) But when we are judged, we are chastened
of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
33) Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together
to eat, tarry one for another.
34) And if any man hunger, let him eat at home;
that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in
order when I come.

Ephesians 4
1) I therefore, the prisoner of the
Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are
called,
2) with all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering,
forbearing one another in love;
3) endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit
in the bond of peace.
4) There is one body, and one Spirit, even as
ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5) one Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6) one God and Father of all, who is above all,
and through all, and in you all.
7) But unto every one of us is given grace according
to the measure of the gift of Christ.
8) Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on
high, he led captivity captive,
and gave gifts unto men.
9) (Now that he ascended, what is it but that
he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
10) He that descended is the same also that ascended
up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
11) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets;
and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12) for the perfecting of the saints, for the
work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13) till we all come in the unity of the faith,
and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure
of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14) that we henceforth be no more children, tossed
to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight
of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15) but speaking the truth in love, may grow
up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16) from whom the whole body fitly joined together
and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual
working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto
the edifying of itself in love.
17) This I say therefore, and testify in the
Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity
of their mind,
18) having the understanding darkened, being
alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because
of the blindness of their heart:
19) who being past feeling have given themselves
over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20) But ye have not so learned Christ;
21) if so be that ye have heard him, and have
been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
22) that ye put off concerning the former conversation
the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23) and be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24) and that ye put on the new man, which after
God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
25) Wherefore putting away lying, speak every
man truth with his neighbor: for we are members one of another.
26) Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun
go down upon your wrath:
27) neither give place to the devil.
28) Let him that stole steal no more: but rather
let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he
may have to give to him that needeth.
29) Let no corrupt communication proceed out
of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may
minister grace unto the hearers.
30) And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby
ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
31) Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger,
and clamor, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32) and be ye kind one to another, tender-hearted,
forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

John 17
1) These words spake Jesus, and lifted up
his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son,
that thy Son also may glorify thee:
2) As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that
he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
3) And this is life eternal, that they might know thee
the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
4) I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished
the work which thou gavest me to do.
5) And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own
self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
6) I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou
gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and
they have kept thy word.
7) Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou
hast given me are of thee.
8) For I have given unto them the words which thou
gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came
out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.
9) I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for
them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.
10) And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and
I am glorified in them.
11) And now I am no more in the world, but these are
in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name
those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
12) While I was with them in the world, I kept them
in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is
lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.
13) And now come I to thee; and these things I speak
in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.
14) I have given them thy word; and the world hath
hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the
world.
15) I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of
the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
16) They are not of the world, even as I am not of
the world.
17) Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
18) As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have
I also sent them into the world.
19) And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they
also might be sanctified through the truth.
20) Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also
which shall believe on me through their word;
21) That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art
in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may
believe that thou hast sent me.
22) And the glory which thou gavest me I have given
them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
23) I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made
perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and
hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
24) Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given
me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast
given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
25) O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee:
but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.
26) And I have declared unto them thy name, and will
declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them,
and I in them.
